摘要
采用红外标准加入法,测定复合植物生长剂中三十烷醇的含量。样品经处理后,在提取的三十烷醇中加入系列标准品,制成溴化钾片,测定含量。该法平均回收率97.3%,测量变异系数2.5%。
A method for determination of 1-hydroxytriacontane in complex plant growth regulatorwas described in this paper. Samples of complex plant growth regulator were extracted withsolvent. Then a series of standard of different concentrations were added to the extracts fromwhich KBr tablets were compressed and determined by infrared spectroscopy. The averagerecovery and variation coefficient of the method were 97.3% and 2.5% respectively.
