摘要
编辑主体创新集中体现为观念创新和创新地开展编辑活动。编辑主体创新与"名刊工程"建设两者互为依存,互相发展,首先"名刊工程"的建设依赖于编辑主体创新,是编辑主体创造性作为的结果;其次,"名刊工程"的建设推进编辑主体创新,完善编辑主体的多元素质。
Editor subject innovation refers to idea innovation and carrying out editing work creatively, which is closely related to the construction of ＂Project of Well - known Periodicals＂ . First, the latter relies on the former and is the result of editors ＇creative work. Second, the latter promotes the innovation of the former and perfects the multidimensional quality of the former.
