摘要
目的观察应用有限切口骨折复位Herbert螺钉结合锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定微创治疗C3型Pilon骨折的疗效。方法对14例(14足)C3型Pilon骨折采用踝关节前方有限切口关节面骨块复位Herbert螺钉固定加植骨结合经内侧锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定术治疗,随访时间4~24个月,平均16个月。结果按Mazar评分标准,优8例(占57.14%),良4例(占28.57%),可2例(占14.28%),优良率85.7%。结论经踝关节前方有限切口骨折复位Herbert螺钉结合锁定加压钢板LCP内固定治疗C3型Pilon骨折具有手术创伤小、固定可靠、愈合率高、并发症少、功能恢复满意等优点。
Objective To observe the results of locking compression plate (LCP)with Herbert screw through limited anterior approach in the treatment of type C3 Pilon fracture. Methods Fourteen cases (14 feet) of tibial Pilon fractures of type C3 received reduction of articular surface fragments and bone graft through lmitted premalleolar approach,then were fixed with LCP and Herbert screw. All patients were followed up for a period of 16 months (4 to 24 months) in average. Results According to criteria of Mazures Score,there were excellent in 8 (57.14%), good in 4 (28.57%), and fair in 2(14.28%), and excellent and good rate accounted for 85.7%. Conclusion For tibial Pilon fracture of type C3, reduction and fixationn with locking compression plate(LCP) and Herbert screw through limitted premalleolar approach can be less invasive, less complicatied, and can provide stable fixation. A high rate of union and satisfactory functional rehablitation of ankle joint.
