气管内置钛镍记忆合金支架的动物实验研究

摘要 作者研制了钛镍记忆合金扩张支架,用于治疗晚期气管癌或肺癌侵犯气管造成的严重气管狭窄及梗阻,并取得成功。为了进一步了解该支架能否用于良性病变。如:气管化学灼伤;气管软化症等所引起的严重气管狭窄和梗阻,设计了本实验。将支架植入10只家兔气管内,在术后1~16周分别处死,连续观察支架局部炎症反应至5周达高峰以后逐渐消退到第16周基本消退,气管壁纤维化过程从第一周开始到第5周以后基本稳定。以上结果说明钛镍合金支架置入气管内有较好的生物相容性,动物耐受性较好,取出的支架耐磨耐腐蚀性能良好,因而该支架也可用于治疗气管良性病变造成的严重狭窄及梗阻。 The authors developed a titanium- nickel shape memory alloy stent(NiTi stent)using for treating severe tra-cheal stenosis caused by late stage primary trachea or lung cancer successfully. In order to know whether this stent can be used in severe benign tracheal stenosis such as tracheal chemical bum or tracheobronchomalacia. We designed theis experimental study. The introducer tube with the stent was inserted to 10 rabbits' trachea. The animals sacrificed for histological observation after 1-16 weeks, which showed the inflammation process of the trachea wall disappear at sixteenth week and the fi-brosis process tend to stable at fifth week. We conclude mat the NiTi stent maintains good biocompetibility, causes little reaction in the trachea and is easy to be handled. Thus, it can be used in severe benign tracheal stenosis.
