摘要 永生化(immortalization)体外培养细胞自发或受外界因素的影响从增殖衰老危机中逃离.从而具有无限增殖能力的过程。自发永生化的几率非常小,啮齿类动物为10^-5~10^-6,而人类细胞则更为罕见.小于10^-12。目前研究发现细胞永生化与端粒和端粒酶有密切联系。端粒除保持染色体完整性外,还作为细胞生存期限的关键性调控因子存在.
