摘要
本文对我院１９８７年１月～１９９６年４月收治的３５０例胎膜早破进行分析。认为，胎膜早破的主要危险是早产与感染。对胎膜早破的发生原因与难产的关系及其处理进行了讨论。
The 350 cases of premature rupture of membrane (PRom) in our hospital from Jan.1987 to April,1996 were analyzed.The results showed that the main risk of prom were premature labor and infection.The cause and treatment of Prom,the relationship between the disease and the dystocia were discussed in the paper.
