摘要
目的初步测定野生少花龙葵的化学成分类型及其对亚硝化反应的抑制作用。方法用石油醚、95%乙醇和水依次对野生少花龙葵进行提取,根据颜色反应及沉淀反应初步判断所含化学成分的类型,研究各提取物对亚硝胺合成的阻断及对亚硝酸盐的清除作用。结果石油醚提取液中含有甾体或三萜类及油脂,95%乙醇提取液中含有酚类、鞣质、生物碱以及香豆素和萜类内酯,水提取液中含有糖及其苷类、氨基酸、蛋白质、皂苷和生物碱;3种提取物对亚硝化反应均有抑制作用,其中醇提取液作用较强。结论野生少花龙葵对亚硝化反应有抑制作用,有望成为防癌新资源。
Objective To study the chemical components and their inhibition on nitrosation. Methods Solanum photeinocarpum Nakamura et Odashima was extracted by petroleum ether,95% ethanol and water respectively. The preliminary tests of the chemical components were experimentized by color reaction and precipitation reaction, while their inhibition on nitrosation such as nitrosodimethylamine synthesis and sodium nitrite were studied. Results The experiments showed that there were steroids or tri - terpenoid and oil in the petroleum ether extract and phenols, tanning, alkaloids, coumarin and terpenoids in the 95% ethanol extract,while there were saccharides and glycoside, amino -acid, protein, saponins and alkaloids in the water extract. These extracts had some inhibition on nitrosation and the inhibition of the 95% ethanol extract was stronger than the others. Conclusion - Solanum photeinocarpum Nakamura et Odashima has inhibitory effect on nitrosation and it may become a new resource to prevent cancer.
