摘要
目的建立空心莲子草中穆坪马兜铃酰胺的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法定量分析空心莲子草中穆坪马兜铃酰胺的含量，色谱柱为Alltima C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（25：75）为流动相，检测波长220nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1，柱温30℃。结果穆坪马兜铃酰胺进样量在0．0541～1．0802μg范围内线性关系良好，线性回归方程为Y=6965．4X-2148．5，r=0．9997；平均回收率为101．9％，RSD=2．67％。结论该方法简便易行，准确可靠。
Objective To establish a determination method of the content of N - trans - feruloyl tyramine in Ahernanthera philoxerodes. Methods The content of N - trans - feruloyl tyramine in Ahernanthera philoxerodes was determined by HPLC and Alhima C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） was used . The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile - water （25：75 ） , column temperature was 30℃, the flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm . Results The calibration curve of N - trans - feruloyl tyramine was linear over the range of 0. 054 1 - 1. 0802 μg , and the equation of linear regression was Y = 696 5.4X - 2 148.5 （ r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery rate was 101.9% （ RSD = 2.67% ）. Conclusion The methed is simple and the result is accurate.
