支持向量回归算法应用于分光光度法同时测定安替比林、巴比妥和氨基比林 被引量:4

Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Phenazone,Barbital and Amidopyrine by the Algorithm of Support Vector Regression

摘要 采用均匀设计法制备不同含量配比的安替比林、巴比妥、氨基比林校正集样品,用化学计量学方法---支持向量回归(SVR)方法建立校正模型,并对安替比林、巴比妥和氨基比林的模拟样品及安痛定注射液样品进行测定。结果表明,三种成分的加标回收率均在98%-104%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.48%-1.24%。 Support vector regression was applied to the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of 3 components, i.e. phenazone, barbital and amidopyrine, in the anodyne "Antongding". A series of standard samples were prepared by the uniform designing with the 3 compounds mentioned above in different proportions. Calibration model was established by applying the support vector regression. As shown by the experimental results of analysis of simulated samples and substantial sample of "Antongding" injection, values of recovery and RSD's (n=5) found were in the range of 98%-104%, and in the range of 0. 48% to 1.24%, respectively,
