摘要
介绍了建筑信息模型(building information model,BIM)的概念、特征以及相应的标准,对目前流行的建筑信息模型解决方案进行了对比分析。对基于建筑信息模型进行的建设项目文档管理进行了研究,通过对Autodesk的建筑信息模型解决方案Revit进行分析,利用其所提供的API开发了网络化文档管理系统。该系统可有效地实现文档与建筑信息模型的集成,提高文档管理的效率和质量。该方法也可以用于其他信息与建筑信息模型的集成。
The definition, characteristics and standards of building information model （ BIM ） were introduced . Comparative analysis was made to the solution to the current BIM . Some researches were done to the problem of construction document manage-ment based on BIM by analyzing the Revit, the BIM solution of Autodesk, and API, a web - based document management system. The system not only effectively implements the integration of construction document and BIM, but also increases the working efficiency and working quality of the construction document management. The proposed method can also be used to other aspects of integration of information and BIM.
