摘要
在充分研究航空救生工程系统可靠性评估现状,比较各种现行可靠性评估方法的基础上,建立了一种适用于研究小样本、高可靠性成败型的航空救生工程系统的贝叶斯可靠性评估方法。将其应用到某型航空救生工程系统的设计定型中,评估结果达到规定的可靠性指标只需要13次试验,而若用其他的方法达到同样的可靠性指标则需要进行46次试验。由此证明,该可靠性评估方法具有重要的实用价值。
The Bayes reliability evaluation method was established, which is fit for evaluating the reliability of the aircrew escape system characterized by small number of samples and high reliability pass -failure type. Although only 13 tests were done on certain- type rocket ejection seat for its design finalization, the evaluated results have reached the reliability indexes stipulated in the national standards by means of the proposed Bayes reliability evaluation method . However if other methods were used, a total of 46 tests would be needed in order to reach the same reliability indexes. The research is of great practical value.
