摘要
分段结构散件的完整安装是防止船舶安全隐患的重要保证。针对传统人工检测中常发生的船体结构散件漏装漏检现象,提出了基于RFID技术的自动检测方案。通过RFID技术采集散件安装信息,运用Delphi和SQL Server软件开发船体结构散装件安装完整性自动检测系统,有效保证了分段结构散装件安装的完整性。
Considering that the traditional manual detection of the hull structure often occurred with parts missed installing, a designed intelligent detection system based on RF technology was proposed. By applying RFID technology to collect parts installing information, the intelligent detection system could guarantee installing integrity of the hull structure parts effectively.
