摘要
为了达到更好的车辆动态称重精度,在分析车辆过秤态势受力情况的基础上,设计了一种高精度的集成化动态称重仪结构;针对诸多因素对行驶称重系统的输出值产生的影响,提出了结合神经网络的计算模型,可以提高动态称重精度。经试验验证,该行驶称重系统可用于交通数据采集和辅助实施超载检查。
In order to improve the accuracy of the vehicle dynamic weighing system, some improvement measures were given from two aspects. One is to develop an integrated weighing - in - motion apparatus with a high accuracy based on analyzing the loads that the weighing board endures when vehicles pass through it; the other is to set up the calculation model combining with BP Neural Network because there are several factors that will affect the output value of the WIM system. In this way , the accuracy of dynamic weighing will be enhanced. Experiment results show that the WIM system can be used in traffic data collection . It also helps in checking overload.
