摘要
７０例重型颅脑外伤患者在颅内血肿清除术后，随机分为亚低温治疗组和一般治疗对照组，血浆及脑脊液的葡萄糖含量亚低温组明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜００１～００５）。本文就亚低温对血浆及脑脊液中葡萄糖的影响进行了讨论。
Seventy patients with severe head injury after evacuation of intracraniat Hematomas,were randomly divided into a hypothermia group and a control group The results showed that the levels of glucose in the plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CEF)in mild hypothermia group were significantly lower than those in contrast group.The mechanism of the alterations of glucose contents in plasma and CSF following brain injury are disscussed in this paper.
