摘要
目的：观察聚氯乙烯电缆线失火烟雾吸入中毒者的临床所见。方法：对１１７例的主要症状与体征等进行分析。结果：主要表现为上呼吸道和眼的刺激，及呼吸、中枢神经和消化系统症状。动脉血和Ｐ显著降低。心电图ＳＴ段改变及传导阻滞发生率较高。结论：症状较轻的多数患者经门诊对症治疗，在１周～１月内症状减轻或消失。１８例重症患者经住院救治，治疗后３月至１．５年，ＣＴ检查４例（２２．
bjective: To observe the clinical findings of fire smokeinhalation of PVC electric cable. Methods:Analyse the symptoms, signsetc. Results:The main symptoms were irritation of upper respiratory tract and eyes. In addition, decrease of P2O2 and Pa(A-a) O2 in atrerial bolld. ECG showed ST changes and conduction bolck. Conclusion: The smptoms in most cases were improved, even disappeared between one week and one month, bna CT showed pulmonary interstital proliferation existed in 4 cases after 3-18 months.
