摘要
提出一种新的基于多元统计分析中图表达原理的心电雷达图表示方法。选取MIT-BIHPTB心电诊断数据库数据,每一导联随机截取一个心动周期,给予12导联心电雷达图表示,并提取径向坐标图包围面积、分区面积、最大值方向、图形对称性、区域间极值和相邻幅值比特征参数进行分析,发现该方法可直观、准确地从心电形态学角度定性、定量表征心脏生物电变化。
A new cardiac electric star plot representation based on multivariate statistical analysis was introduced. Data was selected from MIT-BIH PTB Diagnostic ECG Database. A cardiac cycle was selected and 12-lead cardiac electric star plot were given. Some characteristic parameters such as total area, local area and maximum direction were analyzed. Results indicate that it is a good method that shows cardiac bioelectrical movement qualitatively and quantitatively.
