摘要
卵形拱涵具有良好的抗压性,适合应用在高填方下承受巨大的土压力。高填方下土柱压力是决定结构断面尺寸的控制因素,但目前仍然没有一个统一的计算理论和方法,这给涵洞的结构设计带来困难。本文结合某高速公路实际建造的卵形拱涵,利用ANSYS的生死单元功能,对涵洞土体的分层回填施工过程进行数值模拟,分析了卵形拱涵的垂直土压力分布规律,得到的垂直土压力集中系数值远小于圆形拱涵和箱形涵的土压力集中系数。按照现行的公路规范进行结构设计很保守,本文结论对高填方下涵洞设计具有很好的参考价值。
The egg-shaped arch culvert is applied to bear vast earth pressure under high filling because it has good compressive capability. The theory and calculation method of earth pressure under high filling has not been obtained, but the earth pressure calculation has influenced the structure design of arch culvert, therefore, it is very necessary to simulate earth pressure by FEM in order to resolve the problem. In this paper, combined with the egg-shaped arch culvert of an expressway, firstly, the process of culvert soil backfilling was numerically simulated by ANSYS which has the life-and-death unit. And then the distribution law of the vertical earth pressure on the egg-shaped arch culvert was analyzed, its concentration factors of vertical earth pressure were obtained, and it's value is less than the concentration factors of round arch culvert and trunk culvert. According to the highway standard the design is conservative. The results are proved to be effective in culvert design under high filling.
