碳纤维智能层的传感功能特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文研究了碳纤维智能层在工程结构实际应用时的静态传感特性及其对损伤的敏感程度。实验结果表明,智能层的电阻变化率与所处测试段的平均应变具有稳定对应关系,二者间存在一一对应的相关规律,通过监测智能层的电阻变化率来监测混凝土梁的平均应变,其灵敏度高达210。测试结果具有良好的可重复性,且智能层对损伤有很高的敏感性。可以通过实时监测智能层电阻变化率的信息,实现对土木工程结构应变状态的实时监测,以及对结构损伤的判断。 The static sensor characteristics and sensitivity to damage of carbon fiber smart layer were researched under engineering practice. The results of the experiment show that the fractional change in electrical resistance of the smart layer had stable corresponding relationship with average strain. There is one to one correlation rule between them. So the average strains of the structure are monitored through monitoring the fractional resistance change of the smart layer. The gauge factor can be up to 210. Measurement results show satisfactory repeatability. A high sensitivity of smart layer to damage is disclosed. So the real-time strain monitoring of civil engineering structure and the identification of structure damage are realized through monitoring the fractional resistance change of the smart layer.
