摘要
本文采用放射免疫分析法,对71例高血压患者和35例正常人血浆内皮素(ET)与内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)的含量进行检测。结果表明,高血压组血浆ET与EDLS含量明显高于正常血压组(p<0.01),血浆ET与EDLS之间呈显著正相关(r=0.53,p<0.001)。血浆ET与EDLS含量随血压增高及病程延长逐渐升高。EH组中血浆ET与EDLS含量Ⅱ期高于Ⅰ期。以上结果提示:血浆ET与EDLS在高血压病的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and endogenous digoxin-like substance (EDLS) were measured with radioimmunoassay in 71 patients with essential hypertension(EH) and 35 healthy subjcts. The EH group had higher levels of ET and EDLS (p<0.01) than those in the controls.Plasma ET and EDLSlevels at stage, Ⅱ of EH were significantly higher (p<0.01)than those at stage Ⅰ,A positive correlation was found between the levels of plasma ET and EDLS(p<0.01). The data suggested that the levels of plasma ET andEDLS might play an important role in the development of hypertension.
