摘要
目的了解遂宁市中小学生卫生习惯现况,以便有针对性地开展健康教育。方法采用自编式问卷,对遂宁市所辖3县2区的5所中学10所小学的3881名中小学生进行卫生知识与卫生行为调查。结果遂宁市中小学生大多数有良好的卫生习惯,在卫生习惯认识、个人卫生、口腔卫生、饮食卫生方面农村学生明显低于城市学生,女生明显优于男生。但女生经期不卫生、爱吃零食。结论通过调查分析对不良卫生习惯进行干预,培养良好的卫生习惯,提高学生素质,促进中小学生健康成长。
Objective To Understand health custom present situation in elementary and middle school students in Suining , In order to carry out the health education target - oriented. Methods Adopt self arranges into the dyadic questionnaire ,Three thousand eight hundred and eighty-one elementary and middle school students from 5 middle school 10 elementary school governed 3 county 2 areas by Suining were sampled and their hygienic knowledge and hygienic behavior were investigatde by questionnaires. Results The elementary and middle school students in Suining majority have the good hygienic custom, The countryside student is lower than the urban student obviously and the female student surpasses the male student obviously in hygienic custom understanding, personal hygiene, oral hygiene, dietetic hygiene aspect. But female student isn＇t health in menstrual period and likes eating between - meal snack. Conclusion To intervent the bad hygienic custom through the diagnosis , Raises the good hygienic custom, Improves the student quality, Promotes the elementary and middle school students healthy development.
