摘要
指纹识别技术和IC卡技术是21世纪的新技术,把指纹识别技术同IC卡技术结合起来,是目前最有应用前景的.笔者介绍了一种基于指纹识别和IC卡技术的驾驶员培训管理系统的设计与实现方案.根据机动车驾驶员培训管理业务的需求,提出了驾培行业管理信息化的解决方案,旨在借助信息技术提高驾培管理的技术水平.
The techniques of fingerprint identification and IC（Integrated Circuit） card are the newer technology of the twenty first century. Now the fusion of the two is one of the most promising applications. This paper introduces a plan based on the driver training management system design and its implementation. According to the requirements of the driver training management, this paper puts forward a solution to the informationization of the driver training management in order to improve the driver training management with the help of information technology.
