摘要
本文报告了经手术证实以肝、脾、胰为主的严重多发伤112例，其中车祸伤51例，坠落伤32例，压伤20例，其它伤9例．112例中总伤337处，脾破裂占70．5％，肝破裂占57．1％，胰腺破裂占10．7％。治愈98例（87．5％），死亡14例（12．5％）。文中重点就围手术期中术前准备、术中抢救及术后处理有关问题进行如下讨论。
We reported 112 cases of serious multiple traumas mainly in liver, spleen and pancreasconfirmed by operation. The injury causes were as following: traffic accidents in 51 cases, falling fromhigh place in 32 cases, pressing injuries in 20 cases and other causes in 9 cases. The total injuries in the112 patients were 337, among them 70.5% with splenic rupture, 57.1% with hepatic rupture and 10.7%with pancreatic rupture, 98(87.5%)cases were cured and 14(12.5%) dead. Some problems as to thepreparation before operation, the rescue procedures during operation and the postoperation managementwere discussed in the paper.
