摘要
为了提高眶额部颅骨缺损的治疗效果，作者设计了一种以模板为依托的骨水泥植片塑形新方法．该方法是术前先在颅骨标本上用含水泥做成模板，术中以模板为依托行青水泥植片塑形．该方法塑形的骨水泥植片，几乎达到了额骨的解剖形态，为病人额部恢复外形，提供了良好支架，能在颅骨修补的同时达到整容目的．临床应用2例。
The authors have designed a new method of moulding the implant of bone cementsupported by a mould board in order to improve the treated result of skull defect of orbital-frontal part.Inthis way making the mould board by bone cement based on skull specimen in the first preoperation,moulding the implant of bone cement supported by mould board during operation. The implan of bonecement moulded in this way got almost to the anatomical appearance of frontal bone and provided aperfec frame used to repair the appearance of frontal pan. It could echieve not only the nsult ofctanioplasty but also the objective of face-lifting and got satisfied result in 2 clinical cases.
