摘要
从装备供应链风险的主要因素出发，系统分析了各种因素的风险诱因及引发的危机。提出了一种针对中断风险的供应商选择量化模型，该模型能够在满足部队需求的基础上，使得装备供应链的供应中断风险最小。并通过实例分析和计算，证明该决策模型合理、有效、可行。
According to the primary risk factors of equipment supply chain, this paper analyses the main sources and results of equipment supply chain risk. When talking about decision-making model of equipment supply chain, a model of supplier selection is provided. This model can make the risk of supply disruption minimization based on satisfying the demands of force. Then the decisionmaking model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible via analyzing and calculating with examples.
