摘要
结合某柴油发电机的应用开发作排放和性能分析,通过测试分析不同供油提前角下的试验数据,利用数值分析初步处理并建立模糊数值化优化约束条件,利用神经网络技术进行优化仿真试验,验证了该逆模型的有效性,总结了供油提前角对柴油机不同排放成分的影响程度,确定了该柴油机的最佳供油提前角。结果证明,用模糊神经网络技术来确定柴油机最佳供油提前角具有一定的可行性和工程应用价值。
The emission and performance of diesel generator were analyzed combining with its application and development. The fuzzy numerical optimized constraint conditions were established with numerical analysis by measuring and analyzing the test data under different fuel supply advance angles. The validation of inverse model was made by the simulation test that was carried out with the neural network technology. The best fuel supply advance angle was acquired by summarizing the influence of advance angle on the emission. The result shows that the method that the best supply advance angle was acquired with the fuzzy neural network technology was feasible and applicable.
