摘要
阐述了利用碳酸氢铵生产装置改产钾碳铵的技术可行性、制造方法及其意义。改产钾碳铵仅需增设溶钾槽、钾液泵、钾液贮槽,将钾盐原料溶解,以稀氨水作溶剂配制成质量浓度为100 g/L溶液,经钾液泵送入钾贮槽制成含钾浓氨水后去副塔和碳化塔,用变换气进行碳化得产品钾碳铵。
The technical feasibility, manufacturing process and significance are presented of the production of potassium-ammonium carbonate in the ammonium bicarbonate production unit. The additional pieces of equipment required are only the potassium dissolving tank, potassium solution pump, and potassium solution storage tank. The potassium salt raw material is dissolved, a solution is prepared with a mass concentration of 100 g/L by using dilute aqua ammonia as solvent, the solution is pumped with the potassium solution pump to the potassium solution storage tank to make concentrated aqua ammonia containing potassium and then sent to the accessory tower and the carbonation tower, and carbonated with the shift effluent gas to give the potassium-ammonium carbonate product.
