摘要
在实验室条件下研究舵机液压系统模拟加载水动力矩的装置.当船舶航行时,该负载作用在舵叶上,且大小和方向随着舵角的变化而变化.加载是通过比例溢流阀实时控制加载油缸的回油背压的方法实现的.
The steering gear hydraulic system loading simulated hydrodynamic device is studied under the lab conditions. This load acts on the rudder when vessel sails in the sea, and it changes along with the rudder angle. A proportional relief valve is used to control by real-time the backing pressure of scavenge oil of the loading cylinder to achieve the loading.
