二次仪表与RS-485的串行通讯

摘要 本文阐述多路电压和电流巡回检测仪与RS-485串行通讯,以满足工业现场各电压和电流采集和测量要求,用PC机与电压和电流巡回检测仪协同工作的方式,实现对各测量点电压和电流的实时监控。通过在襄樊机务段水阻试验台的实际应用结果表明,该方式与系统组网方便,传输数据准确、操作方便,能够满足工业控制中对电压和电流采集的要求。 To require measuring and collecting voltage and current for the actual need of production, the multi-channel voltage and current monitoring systems' communication is analyzed. The multi-charnel voltage and current monitoring system is based on computer multl-charnel itinerated monitor instrument to realize its various ports monitoring voltage and current in real times . The results show that it has not only simple in forming network hut also friendly human computer interface and accurate data transmitting in the water resistance test the practical application of XiangFan Locomotive Depot. It can meet the requires of voltage and current collecting for the actual need of production.
