The Application of Numerical Simulation Technology on Nozzle Atomization

摘要 应用数值模拟技术,建立喷雾器喷嘴雾化的数值模拟模型,较为准确地描述了喷雾器喷嘴内流体流动状况。编制出喷雾器喷嘴流场的APDL计算程序,适应于各种条件和工况的数值模拟分析,大大提高分析效率,优化喷嘴雾化质量,取得了良好的开发效果。 The numerical simulation technology is applied to create the numerical simulation model on nozzle atomization. It can describe the flowing characteristic of nozzle in sprayer well and truly. The APDL procedure is programmed to simulate the flow field of nozzle in sprayer. It can adapt to all kinds of numerical simulation in different working condition. In the meanwhile, it can increase the efficiency of analysis, optimize the atomization quality of nozzle, therefore, much developing effect will be ob- tained in the end.
