摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌保乳术后局部复发的监测方法。方法对我院2003年9月至2004年8月间37例乳腺癌保乳术患者有计划地进行定期跟踪随访。主要监测方法是体检、B超、钼靶及MRI。结果37例中共有5例复发，主要在术后1．5～2年，MRI监测发现非复发的可疑病变仅2例，假阳性率低。结论合理的监测方法能早期发现保乳术后的局部复发，Mammotome旋切活检对保乳术后的监测是个有益的补充。
Objective To discuss the monitoring methods after conservative operation of breast cancer. Methods Thirty - seven cases of breast cancer were followed up regularly after conservative operation. The main monitoring methods were as follows：physical examination, B- ultrasound, molybdenum target and MRI. Results Recurrence occurred in 5 cases out of 37 cases mostly 1.5 to 2 years after the operation. The monitoring exact rate of MRI was 100% and the false positive rate was low. Condusion The reasonable monitoring methods can early detect the recurrence after conservative operation. Mammotome biopsy is a beneficial addition to monitoring system.
