摘要
对于受高频、宽频带随机激励的复杂车辆结构动力学响应及其噪声辐射问题,传统的计算方法往往难以取得满意结果,统计能量分析(SEA)理论通过计算各个子系统间的能量流动,从而找出车辆室内降噪的薄弱点。以国产某中型客车为例,首先建立车辆Auto SEA仿真模型,然后加载实验数据对模型进行计算机仿真,结果表明,仿真和实验数据能很好地吻合,进一步分析得到车辆隔声能力薄弱点所在位置,为车辆低噪声设计和控制提供依据。
A vehicle often makes a lot of high and broadband frequency noises. To these dynamic vibration response and sound radiation problems of the complex vehicle structures, it is often difficult to get satisfactory results by traditional methods. By use of the theory of statistical energy analysis to calculate the energy flow between the sub-systems, the weak points of vehicle inner noise control are found out. In this paper, a homegrown medium-sized bus is selected as the object. First, Auto SEA simulation model of the bus is established, then the simulation is carried out based on the experimen data. The results show that simulation data is quite coincident with experimental one. According to further analysis, the location of weak points are found out, which can provide theoretical support for vehicle low noise design and control.
