化学发光催化显色法测定痕量钴的研究 被引量:4

摘要 实验发现碱性介质中的对氨基苯磺酸与过氧化氢作用经钴(Ⅱ)离子催化可产生化学发光和颜色,其最大吸收的波长为425nm,吸光度与一定浓度范围内的钴量有良好的线性关系,在优选的催化显色条件下测定痕量钴,线性范围为0~0.71μg/25ml,检出限为0.4ng/ml。且方法具有较高的选择性。还对化学发光催化显色的机理进行了初步讨论。 The chemiluminescent emission and the colour development in the reaction of p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Co(Ⅱ) as a catalyst was observed. Acc-ording to the absorption curve, the wavelength of absorption maximum is 425 nm, and the abs-orbance is directly proportional to the Co(Ⅱ) concentration with a certain range. Thus, it canbe used, in turn, for the determination of trace Co(II). The linear range is 0 to 0.71μg/25ml,and the sensitivity of the method is 0.4ng/ml. The proposed procedure is highly selective. Themechanism of chemiluminescence catalytic coloration has also been briefly discussed.
