摘要
目前,国内车辆发动机再制造业有了一定的发展,但依然只处于初级水平,大部分再制造过程停留在传统加工工艺上,生产效率低,特别是信息化技术水平不高。为此,本文以数字化工厂eM-Pow-er为信息平台,构建了车辆发动机数字化再制造的体系结构、工艺流程及工艺规划系统,为车辆发动机数字化再制造的研究与应用奠定基础。
At present,the digital remanufacturing of vehicle engines has developed,but it is still at the preliminary level,most of remanufacture processes keep traditional techniques and low production efficiency,especially low information technical. Therefore,in this paper,the architecture,technological process and process planning are established which is based on digital factory,and lay the foundation for research and application of the digital remanufacturing of vehicle engines.
