摘要
目前海上平台石油管线系统老化严重,油水泄漏频繁,安全隐患增大,通过对各类泄漏事件的对比分析,有针对性地提出了这一问题的解决措施。
At present the legacy problems of the oil pipes systems in the offshore platform are becoming serious. Oil and water often leak, and thus the hidden troubles increase. With analysis for these hidden troubles, this paper puts forwards the corresponding solutions to them.
