摘要
本文通过对菖蒲属六种植物的形态学比较,以及在光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜下对各个种的叶片结构与叶表面特征进行比较观察,研究了这六个种的系统关系。结果表明Acorus calamus,A.tatarinowii及A.gramineus三者之间在形态、叶解剖和叶表面特征上差异显著,它们确属不同的种。而A.xiangyeus与A.gramineus,以及A.macrospadiceus,A.latifolius与A.tatarinowii在上述特征上差异甚小,难以进行划分。因此,作者认为,A.xiangyeus仍属A.gramineus的种系,A.macrospadiceus及A.latifolius仍属A.tatarinowii的种系。
The biosystematic relationship among six species of Acorus L.have beenstudied in the present paper by the methods of morphological comparison andanatomical characters of the leaves under light microscope and scanning electronmicroscope.The morphological characters and anatomical characters of the leavesamong A.calamus,A.tatarinowii and A.gramineus are obviously different,they are independent species.But there is very slight disparity between A.xiangyeusand A.gramineus,and among A.macrospadiceus,A.latifolius and.A.tatarinowii.Therefore,the classification of them is very difficult.Based on above-mentionedresults,the auther suggests A.xiangyeus and A.gramineus should be one speciesand A.macrospadlceus,A.latifolius and A.tatarinowii should be one species,too.
