屈服刚度法测试焊接残余应力的试验方法

摘要 目的为了解决钢结构构件内部残余应力难以测试的问题,确定焊接梁板类构件内部残余应力的分布规律.方法基于屈服及刚度衰减条件,提出了通过试验测定焊接残余应力分布的屈服刚度法.采用该方法以对接焊钢板及焊接工字型梁为对象,进行了纵向焊接残余应力分布的试验测试.结果将试验结果与有限元数值模拟结果进行对比分析,二者吻合较好.屈服刚度法能够很好地确定板类及梁类焊接构件的纵向焊接残余应力分布规律,通过试验确定了带焊缝工字型梁翼缘和腹板的纵向焊接残余应力分布规律.由于单侧施焊,残余应力值较小,与实际情况比较吻合.结论该方法简单、精确,具有很强的工程实用和推广价值,为钢结构设计提供一定的依据. In order to solve the problem of testing residual stress in steel structural components and determine distribution regularities of residual stress in weld beam and plate components, yield stiffness method using test to measure distribution regularities of longitudinal weld residual stress was carried out. Aiming at butt welding steel plate and weld I-shaped beam, the test to determine distribution regularities of longitudinal weld residual stress was put forward. The testing results were compared with the results from finite element numerical simulation. Two results were in good agreement. The research results indicated that the method is able to determine the distribution regularities of longitudinal weld residual stress in the components of weld beam and plate. Since weld in one-side, the Residual Stress of flange and web in I-shaped beam was very small, it complies with the reality. This method provids some proposals to the steel structural design. It is simple and precise, and strongly worth applying to practical engineering and extended further.
