摘要
本文报道了用新型分子筛HZSM-5沸石取代传统催化剂合成丙酸戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对酯化反应的影响。在催化剂用量为0.30克/摩尔丙酸、丙酸/正戊醇=(1.1~1.2)∶1(摩尔比)、反应温度~150℃和反应时间4小时的条件下,丙酸戊酯的产率为79.8%。
In this paper,it is reported that n-pentyl propionate was synthesized usingnew-type molecular sieve HZSM-5 zeolite instead of conventional catalysts.Theeffects of the amount of the catalyst used,the molar ratio of reactants,reactiontemperature,and reaction time on the esterification reaction of propionic acidwith n-pentanol were investigated.The yield of n-pentyl propionate obtained undersuch conditions as the ratio of used HZSM-5 catalyst/propionic acid=0.30g/mol,the molar ratio of propionic acid/n-pentanol=(1.1~1.2):1,the reaction tempera-ture of about 150℃ and reaction time of 4 hours,was 79.8%.
