摘要
2006年末开始,我国居民消费价格指数(CPI)出现较快上涨,其中主要推力来自农产品价格。近阶段农产品价格持续上涨且涨幅超过CPI增速的趋势越来越明显。这是国际国内农产品性质和价格变化、国内农业生产成本变化、我国经济周期、农产品价格历史因素和一些政策安排综合作用的结果。对于这次涨价给我国农民和农业、通货膨胀以及广大居民造成的影响,应当理性、辩证的看待,本文还提出了一些对策。
From the end of 2006,the Consumer Price Index（CPI） of China rose to higher levers, the main reason is prices of agricultural products becoming higher and higher .Recently, prices of agricultural products are increasing constantly, the trend that the rising extent of agricultural products exceed that of CPI becoming more and more obvious. This is the result of many reasons, such as changes of character and price of agricultural products in world＇s agricultural commodities market, changes of the cost of agricultural products, period of the economy of China, the historical factors of agricultural products in China and the infection of some policies. Now people meet a question how to understand the infection of the price inflation of agricultural products on farmers and agriculture in China, on inflation and on lives of people. People should treat the question with reason. This article gives some countermeasures.
