蛋白芯片检测系统在结核病临床诊断中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 目的:评价结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片对结核病的诊断价值。方法:应用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片法检测214例结核病、54例非结核病患者血清中的结核抗体。结果:菌阳及菌阴肺结核中的阳性率分别是72.0%(54/75)和65.1%(54/83),两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。肺结核及肺外结核的阳性率分别为68.4%(108/158)和60.7%(34/56),两组间差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片对肺外结核和菌阴结核病有诊断价值。
