摘要
研究了采用焙烧—水浸—氢氧化钠沉铬—溶剂萃取与反萃取钒—铵盐沉钒—锻烧—五氧化二钒工艺流程从含钒磷铁中回收钒。所得片状五氧化二钒符合GB3283—87V2O598质量要求,同时得到磷酸三钠、氧化铁及粗铬化合物等副产品。
The process for recovery of vanadium from ferrophosphorous is presented. The process comprises roasting, leaching with water, chromate precipitation with sodium hydroxide, vanadium extraction, vanadium precipitation with ammonium salt, calcination. The producted vanadium pentoxide is satisfied to GB3283-1987 V2O5 98 standard, and by-product of trisodium phosphate and chromium compound are recovered.
