土壤微生物生物量碳及其影响因子研究进展 被引量:30

摘要 笔者较为全面地综述了国内外土壤微生物生物量碳的研究成果。笔者针对土壤微生物生物量碳主要受到碳氮限制、树种类型、土地利用方式、管理措施、土壤湿度和温度、土壤质地等因素的影响,提出了今后的研究应集中在以下几个方面:(1)加强不同尺度土壤微生物生物量碳的影响因子及调控机理研究;(2)进一步加强不同土壤类型下土壤微生物生物量碳动态及调控机理研究;(3)对影响土壤微生物生物量碳高低不确定性的因子进行深入研究;(4)加强其他因子对土壤微生物生物量碳影响的研究;(5)探讨全球气候变化对土壤微生物生物量碳的影响。 The authors review current knowledge of the property and determination of soil microbial biomass carbon and several factors controlling its dynamics both at home and abroad. By now, there are several factors influencing soil microbial biomass carbon which include inherent properties of the soil like texture, moisture and temperature and etc. Besides these, external factors (C and N limitation, species type, management measures and differences in land use) also control on soll microbial biomass carbon. Despite intensive researches in recent years, the uncertainties of soil microbial biomass still remain for further studies.. (1) Strengthening effect factors of soil microbial biomass carbon and its control mechanism at different scaler (2)Paying more attention to the study about soil microbial biomass carbon and its control mechanism; (3)Deepening research on uncertain factors of soil microbial biomass carbon such as temperature; (4) Enhancing emphasis to the effects of other factors on soil microbial biomass carbon; (5) Discussing effects of global climatic changes on soil microbial biomass carbon.
