摘要
电动助力转向(EPS)系统不仅具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单、安装和维修方便、节能环保的优点,而且可以改善汽车的操纵性能、提高驾驶舒适性和安全性,已逐渐取代液压助力转向系统,可广泛用于乘用车、商用车等众多车型。目前电动助力转向系统的研究主要集中在乘用车上,在具有不同机械转向器和具有更大功率的商用车上还没有研究。针对商用车和乘用车的不同之处,从四个方面对轻中型商用车电动助力转向系统的关键技术进行研究,为轻中型商用车的电动助力转向系统的设计与开发提供了较为系统的理论依据,对普及各种车型的EPS具有重要的理论意义。
Electronic Power Steering (EPS) system has not only the advantage of smaller volume, lighter weight, simpler structure, easier installation and maintenance, lower consumption, better environmental protection, but also can improve the dynamic and static performance of the automobile, improve the drivers' coziness and security, is the trend to replace Hydraulic Power Steering system, so fits for many kinds of vehicles such as cars, commercial vehicles etc. Recently, Electric Power Steering (EPS) system is mainly used in the passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles which has the different mechanical steering gear and is more powerful also has not been studied. Based on the differences of commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles, the four key technologies of the light and the medium-sized commercial vehicles EPS are researched, a systematic and theoretical basis for the design and development of EPS system is made and a great theoretical significance on the EPS of the universal vehicles is given.
