摘要
公序良俗是现代民法上的一项基本原则。公序良俗的判断标准是一个综合标准,主要包括价值判断标准、内容判断标准、程序判断标准和技术判断标准四个方面。
Public order and good custom is a basic principle in modem civil law. The criterion to judge public order and good custom include value criterion, content criterion, procedure criterion and technology criterion.
