摘要
为了更加真实地模拟热采蒸汽驱的温度和压力环境,对大型国外设备地层伤害评价系统进行了技术改造。通过特殊结构优化设计,研制出新型高温岩心夹持器和活塞式回压阀,有效地解决了原系统不耐高温、出口计量不稳定的难题,使系统整体的技术指标由低温模拟升级到高温模拟。在室内实现了温度超过300℃、压力大于30MPa条件下可以使用天然岩心进行长期模拟试验的设计目标,为建立和开展热采开发室内评价技术提供了设备保证。
FDS-800-10000 hthp formation damage test system is reformed in order to analog temperature and pressure of steam-flooding.Uprating temperature core holder and back-pressure valve are designed by structural optimization.It effectively solves the problem that the test system can't bear high temperature and accurate measurement.The technical index of system is uprated form low temperature to high temperature at last.The core can be tested for a long time at the condition of exceeding 300℃ and 30 MPa,which drives thermal recovery evaluation technology in law.
