主动脉窦瘤破裂19例手术治疗

摘要 目的总结主动脉窦瘤破裂病人的临床及病理解剖特点,分析其外科治疗要点。方法我科从1985年2月至今共手术治疗主动脉窦瘤破裂19例,对其临床症状、体征、心电图及彩超表现、手术方法、术中所见、治疗效果等进行分析、总结。结果17例病人接受修补手术,2例病人行主动脉瓣置换术。本组病人均治愈,无手术死亡。结论主动脉窦瘤破裂病人及时行手术治疗可取得满意效果。术前详细行彩色多普勒超声检查以明确瘤体形状,突入的心腔部位及窦瘤破口大小,是否合并其他心脏畸形及主动脉瓣返流程度和主动脉瓣的发育情况,对于术前准备、术式选择是十分重要的。
