摘要
通过对活塞环材质的摩擦特性及机械性能对比试验分析,提出了在一定的条件下,采用增强尼龙制做压缩机活塞环,可提高其使用寿命和减少摩擦功率,并根据工程应用进行了分析.
The frictional and mechanical characteristics of the piston ring materials are compared and analyzed. And the comparison test indicates that under certain conditions, the compressor piston ring made from the reinforced nylon can extend the compressor's lifetime and decrease its frictional power. The practical engineering application is also analyzed in detail.
