摘要
采用Hz-816吸附树脂对硝基苯生产废水中的硝基苯(浓度为1 800 mg.L-1)进行了吸附行为研究.静态和动态实验结果表明,吸附平衡等温线与Freund lich模型拟合良好.测得热力学参数分别为吸附过程热效应ΔH=-11.66 kJ/mol;熵变ΔS=27 J/mol.K,以及温度288 K、298 K和308 K时的自由能变为:ΔG298=-3.197 kJ/mol,ΔG308=-3.366 kJ/mol,ΔG318=-3.418 J/mol.该树脂对硝基苯浓度达1 800 mg.L-1的废水具有良好的吸附能力,废水经吸附以后硝基苯浓度可降低至2.5 mg.L-1.
The adsorption behavior of nitrobenzene in the production wastewater (concentration 1800 mg/L) was studied in the static and dynamic test systems using a HZ-816 macroporous resin. The adsorption isotherm fitted the Freundlich model very well. The adsorption parameters of thermodynamics are △H=-11.66 kJ·moL^-1 ,△S =53.7 J/mol·K,△G288K=-9.32 kJ/mol,△G298K=-18.0 kJ/mol,△G308K=-10.34 kJ/ mol. The concentration of the wastewater containing nitrobenzene was decreased from 1 800 mg△·L^-1 to 2.5 mg·L^-1 after the treatment with the HZ-816 macroporous resin as adsorbent.
