摘要
运用剩余曲线图(RCM)方法对异丙醇一步法甲基异丁基酮分离过程进行分析,提出利用非均相共沸精馏方法进行甲基异丁基酮合成液的分离.通过改变液-液分离器的操作条件,提高脱水效率;通过设置回收塔和回收塔中间液-液分离器,将异丙醇和水除去,并提高甲基异丁基酮收率.研究表明,该工艺流程结构简单,脱水效果好,设备投资低,甲基异丁基酮收率高.
Methyl-isobutyl-ketone separation process by isopropanol one-step method was studied with residue curve maps,and heterogeneous azeotropic distillation was presented to separate methyl-isobutyl-ketone synthesis liquid. Dehydration efficiency was improved by adjusting condition of the decanter operation. Isopropanol and water was removed, and methyl-isobutyl-ketone yield was increased by setting recovery tower and placing decanter in middle of recovery tower. The results illustrate the process would not only have a simple topology, but also have good dehydration efficiency, low investment of equipment and high yield of methyl-isobutyl-ke- tone.
