摘要
基于理想粘塑性模型分析了双电层效应对线接触弹流润滑膜厚度、压力分布和承载能力的影响.结果显示:双电层的电粘度效应使润滑膜厚增加、承载能力增强,对压力分布的影响不明显.
Numerical analysis is carried out to analyze the influence of the electric double layer on line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication. Analysis results show that the electro-viscosity in- creases both film thickness and loading capacity increase significantly, but has little effect on pressure distribution of line contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication .
