摘要
常温常压下用硫酸分步浸出铜冶炼炉炉衬废镁砖中的氧化镁等高熔点成分,氧化镁的浸出率达到93%,铜、银、金等有价金属得到富集。研究了影响氧化镁浸出的因素,提出了硫酸脱镁及硫酸镁副产品回收的原则流程。
The paper introduces the process of magnesium oxide leaching from copper-smelting furnace lining waste magnesia brick using sulphric acid at normal temperature and pressure, in which the leaching rate of magnesium oxide reaches 93% and other valuable metals like copper, silver and gold could be enriched. It also discusses factors affecting magnesium oxide leaching, points out the principle process of magnesium removal using sulphric acid and the recovery of by-product magnesium sulphate.
